Intelligent Assembly and Production Line

The equipment is transformed and made by the original Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) - BYD Qin EV300. On the basis of maintaining the original Vehicle Sheet Metal, Machinery, Electrical Appliance, and Battery Pack in the relatively intact state, the key parts of the Body Cover and Frame are reasonably dissected and displayed to showcase the internal structure of the system. The whole vehicle is semi-dissected in the longitudinal direction from the front-end to the middle of the rear end which is used to show the installation position of each assembly of the vehicle. The equipment is marked with different colors for different structures, with reliable performance and safety in use. There is no damage in the preserved body cover parts, interior trim and paint colors. Meanwhile the dissected parts are neatly cut and wrapped with adhesive strips. After dissecting, the functionality of the key supporting parts are perfectly maintained and the Body Wiring Harness, Suspension and Electrical Equipment are fully exposed and clearly shown.

At the same time, with normal startup operation function in use, the Electrical Control System, Wiring System and Battery Pack can be flexibly transformed and modified. On the premise that the systems- Bench Power System, Transmission System, Air Conditioning System, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), and Battery Management System (BMS) - have the original function of starting and running. Practically, it also has the training functions of Fault Setting, Detection and Analysis of the Electrical Control System. The structural composition and working principle of Drive Motor, Automatic Transmission, Air Conditioning System, ABS System, and Battery Management System (BMS) are vividly shown to the trainees so that the needs for cognitive learning of the vehicle can be perfectly met.
