The practical training items that can be achieved in the training room include: cognition of the overall layout of the whole vehicle system, understanding of the overall structure of the whole vehicle frame and body panel, low-voltage electrical system of the whole vehicle, chassis and driving motor system, complete analysis charging pile of the whole vehicle, steering system of the whole vehicle, layout, cognition, detection, diagnosis and maintenance of the whole vehicle system.

Next, the Beifang Automotive Teaching Aids Research Institute will mainly introduce two kinds of automotive teaching aids, namely, the training platform of hybrid automotive chassis system and the wall teaching aids of whole vehicle electrical appliances.

I. Training Platform of Hybrid Vehicle Chassis System

The chassis training platform can be paired with the battery management system, main contactor, temperature sensor, high voltage relay, fault setting device, data acquisition device, training guidance, etc. of the Beifang multi-in-one teaching platform.

II. The training projects that the chassis system training platform can participate in are:

1. Detection and diagnosis of power battery pack (detection and diagnosis of battery management system, voltage detection unit, current sensor, temperature sensor, insulation detection module and high voltage control module)

2.Detection and diagnosis of electric steering system

3.Cognition and disassembly of chassis system

4.Detection and diagnosis of electric air conditioning system

III. The following functions of the chassis system training platform:

1.When the battery pack runs properly, it can fully display the composition structure and working process of the hybrid car, suitable for various working conditions. It can start and run the engine, conduct practical training on engine working conditions such as starting, cold idling, hot idling, slow acceleration, regular acceleration, rapid acceleration, normal deceleration, rapid deceleration, etc.), and check the effect of engine assembly;

2.With the help of TDCL, it can carry out self-diagnostic testing experiments such as fault code reading, fault code removal, data reading, waveform analysis, and executive component testing on the engine electronic control system in the connection of general or special tools.

3.The adjustable algebraic expression sensor fault simulation (soft fault setting) device can simulate the signal fault (stepless linear adjustment) of voltage parameters of the main sensors (knock sensor, air flow meter, throttle position sensor, etc.) of the engine control system, and make real-time detection to the change of engine running state caused by the change of sensor input signal.

4.The training platform has a reasonable overall structure of industrial modeling, equipped with one-button start-up and shut-down control system. It can fully explain the working principle and composition structure of one-button start-up and shut-down and can be used in conjunction with the engine training device of data acquisition board, data communication board and circuit board for fault setting.

The wall teaching aids of the electric appliance of the hybrid vehicle take the physical model of its body electric appliance system, fully displaying the composition structure and working principle of the lighting system, multimedia system, air conditioning system, anti-theft system, skylight system and combination instrument of the vehicle. It can pair with the fault diagnosis instrument to read the fault code, read the data stream, analyze the waveform and test the components, etc., providing the circuit terminal wiring function for the students and cultivating their comprehensive diagnosis ability.

IV. The teaching aids for the electrical wall of the whole vehicle can realize the following functions:

1.It can manipulate various electrical switch buttons, truly demonstrating the working process of lighting system, multimedia system, air conditioning system, anti-theft system, skylight system and instrument cluster system.

2.Each electrical component line terminal on the panel is equipped with a wiring plug, which can be connected with the intermediate wiring harness by referring to the supporting circuit diagram or maintenance information. This can exercise the students' ability to read diagrams and connect terminals.

3.The panel is equipped with detection terminals, which can directly detect the signals of various circuit elements of the automotive body electrical system on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

The wall teaching aids of electric appliance for hybrid vehicle includes window control system, vehicle sound system, lighting system and comfort system, clearly restoring the structural principle of each system. It aims to enable students know the layout, cognition, detection, fault diagnosis and maintenance of low-voltage electrical appliance system.

The training programs that can be completed in the overall training room of the hybrid vehicle include: the cognition of the overall layout of each vehicle system, the cognition of the overall structure of the vehicle frame and body panel, the low-voltage electrical system of the vehicle, the chassis and driving motor system, the complete analysis charging pile of the vehicle, the steering system of the vehicle, and the layout, cognition, detection, diagnosis and maintenance of the vehicle system.
